It's just been one of those weeks I suppose. When things aren't going right, I tend to go for the comfort food, and man, let's talk about some comfort food! This heart attack on a plate was freaking amazing! Not only did this waffle have freshly cooked bacon bits covering the top, but it was also mixed up all in the batter!
I went into this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant near the gym I have been going to. So after my workout, I went to get some eggs or something and discovered this feast. I have never been in this restaurant because it's one of those 6am-2pm kind of places and I never get a chance. Ole Pops was in the back cooking it up and when I drove by going to the gym at 6AM it was packed, so I had to try it after my workout. Epically glad I did!
So take it from a fat boy, if you get the opportunity to try a bacon waffle, DO IT! I totally blew up my workout from the morning, but oh well, life is life sometime, and sometimes life calls for bacon waffles!
