Wintermas Fires

I found where all the "Holiday Cheer" comes from — Santa makes it, with his still! This delightful window display, complete with flickering "flames" under the still, was spotted gracing the storefront of Dark Corner Distillery in downtown Greenville, SC, this week.

The "flames" under the still are a piece of cloth, illuminated by lights, and being blown by a fan so it flutters. 😁 Perhaps I should have taken a short video of it, rather than a photo... 🤔

Another storefront had a flat-screen television in the front window, with a video of a crackling fireplace on the screen as a holiday "decoration!" LOL! 🤣 I must admit, it was rather eye-catching, there in the relative darkness of the sidewalk out front.

Then, a little ways down the street were these two propane gizmos, used for both light and heat, I suppose, at an outdoor seating area adjacent to Soby's restaurant. There were more of them, scattered among the tables, but these two beside the entrance were begging to be photographed!

I love the gorgeous wooden doors on the building! The woodwork is lovely, especially accented by the wreaths!
