You can write. Your writing is clear and entertaining. However there are issues with your publication. For one thing, if you want to write about a dream you had, then make it a story and don't tell the reader it was a dream you had. Think about how this could be a true story, one with characters, a plot and a resolution. It seems to us that you could have made a good story out of this scene, but that's mostly what you have given us....a scene.
