A little over two weeks ago I decided to make a change to my diet.

I had been thinking about my diet and vegetarianism/veganism for a bit.

Previously I ate a lot of meat, lunch and dinner most days.

I had a variety of ailments and definitely felt like I was being poisoned. I seemed to get struck down by illness every few weeks; and always the same: body aches, glands up, fatigue. I wasn't sure if it was the food I was eating or the fluoride and chemicals in the water or the chemtrails relentlessly created in the skies.

However, after two weeks of eating vegetarian I feel the best I've felt in a long time. I have more energy, my mood is better, my performance is better. As a regular runner, I noticed almost instantly an improvement in my athletic performance. I ran a half-marathon and did a 3-minute PB and felt great the whole way through. It's honestly like a switch has been flicked.

While I do still somewhat cringe and the thought of not being able to enjoy a juicy chicken burger or a good steak, to feel this good makes the sacrifice 100% worth it. It's early days so far (and who knows, maybe it is a placebo effect of sorts?) but at the moment I feel great and am keen to keep eating healthily.

Over the last year or two I've woken up to so many things. Breaking all the societal programming was at the same time liberating and torturous. Torturous in the sense of getting angry at what the elites are doing and how people are cheering on various Trojan horses designed to degrade and enslave them.

But at some point, you have to accept there are forces too big for you to change. By all means, live your truth, but at the same time, you can't change the world.

Well there's today's ramblings.

Over and out.
