You might think this a fake account. Wrong. You can see the blue check mark by the name. And 9 million followers confirm that. And you are right this is not the only account she has. Typing here name on the people search produced over 40 fake accounts. These is one snap shots.
Now let us check some of these accounts. But before that make a note of the joining date. That is January 2017.

And this is a real one finally. Notice the year 2010 and she has 900K followers and she follows 1179 others.
Just for being the first lady she got 1000% increase in less than one year. Remind me of Bitcoin.
Remember the first account 2017 with 9M.
So let us see how she was before she became 1st lady.
Let us take a look.
See that account with the circle. That is her son. He was born 2006. And at six years old he got a twitter account on 2012. I wonder what he had to say at that age. He followed his mom only, never tweeted and his mom followed him.
I know what you are going to say. But no. It is not fake account. This screen shot is the proof.
