One of our parkrun regulars was volunteering as photographer at the weekend, and he is well known for jumping for the camera. Since he was behind the lens, many of us took a leaf out of his book and leapt for joy when we saw him 馃槀
Today鈥檚 activity was mainly 3 laps of the park (5km) done as walk/jog intervals with herself, so it was a perfect opportunity for me to continue my transition to running in barefoot shoes. Apparently it takes a year to do it safely!
