Another active day with circus skills in school, fall prevention clients, a walk with herself, and my weekly running group.
The breakdown was:
2.5 km with a 20kg bag of circus equipment, plus approximately another 2k just walking around facilitating the workshop.
5km walk with herself on the greenway.
2km fast urban cycling to meet clients.
7.5km group run as darkness fell.
Plenty of natural environments to be active in around here.
