Fiber cement siding is pretty easy to work with, mainly just measuring, cutting and nailing it in place. When you start just make sure the first row is level and keep at it!! Hopefully this video helps you tackle your projects!!
Once it warmed up I went back and filled the spaces/joints with clear drying silicone/caulk. You can also use a type of flashing place behind the joints.
If you end up having to paint the sealant you use to seal the joints you can do a color match on the siding to get the same color.
