Extrañaba muchísimo poder compartir contenido en este comunidad, y aunque aparezco intermitentemente créanme que leo mucho contenido de los usuarios activos aquí en mis ratos libres (aprendo mucho de ustedes y me encuentro con propuestas interesantes) ~

Pase varias semanas sin trabajar en algún proyecto textil hasta la semana pasada, entonces hasta ahora no tenía nada interesante que mostrar; pero he recibido una comisión que termine y entregue a mi cliente el pasado fin de semana, y aproveche de registrar el proceso para traer un tutorial ligero y fresco, nada demasiado elegante eso sí, pero sé que las fotos son absolutamente disfrutables y simples de entender 👍

I missed very much being able to share content in this community, and although I appear intermittently believe me I read a lot of content from active users here in my spare time (I learn a lot from you guys and come across interesting proposals) ~

I spent several weeks without working on any textile project until last week, so until now I had nothing interesting to show; but I received a commission that I finished and delivered to my client last weekend, and I took the opportunity to record the process to bring a light and fresh tutorial, nothing too fancy, but I know that the photos are absolutely enjoyable and simple to understand 👍

Cuando todas las piezas estén cosidas, lo siguiente es coser a mano y con mucho cuidado el torchon y los apliques, para luego darle una costura resistente en la máquina de coser.

Yo escogí aplicaciones que combinaran con la base de tela de los bolsos, pero aquí se puede experimentar con tonos, color y cantidad ✂

When all the pieces are sewn together, the next thing to do is to carefully sew by hand the twine and appliqués, and then give it a strong stitch on the sewing machine.

I chose appliqués to match the fabric base of the bags, but here you can experiment with tones, color and quantity ✂

El próximo paso es cerrar los bolsos, agregándoles un círculo en el fondo de 17 cm de radio de la tela más resistente del repertorio.

Mi parte favorita de muchos proyectos como estos es cuando coso todo primero a mano, con cuidado, antes de llevar a la máquina de coser.

My favorite part of many projects like these is when I sew everything first by hand, carefully, before taking it to the sewing machine.

Para el aza principal, elaboramos 12 cintas de 70 cm de largo x 6 de ancho.

Doblamos cada una hacia su propio centro, y cosemos una contra otra. El resultado es muy resistente.

For the main loop, we make 12 ribbons of 70 cm long x 6 cm wide.

We fold each one to its own center, and sew one against the other. The result is very resistant.

Cuando todo esta basteado en su lugar (pasadores y aza principal), llevamos a la maquina con una costura N° 4 o 5, con una aguja N° 14 o 16.

Esta parte me encantó y se me ocurrió a último momento con la primera muestra de este encargo:

Mi clienta no había tenido tiempo de conseguir cordón de fibra natural, así que decidí hacer una trenza con 3 piezas de 65 cm de largo x 3 de ancho, para luego trenzarlas y cerrar los extremos con un extra de tela y pegamento UHU ✌️ 🖌

🥰 El resultado le gustó tanto que me pidió hacer lo mismo con el resto de las unidades 🥰

I loved this part and came up with it at the last minute with the first sample of this order:

My client hadn't had time to get natural fiber cord, so I decided to make a braid with 3 pieces 65 cm long x 3 wide, then braid them together and close the ends with extra fabric and UHU glue ✌️ 🖌

El último paso es colocar cada trenza en los pasadores de cada bolso. No todos tienen la misma combinación de colores así que el efecto visual es bastante surtido y bonito ;3c

Como dije antes, todos los materiales utilizados fueron seleccionados y proporcionados por mi clienta.

Ella tiene afición por esta clase de materiales (notaran que no son los más idóneos por el tipo de artículo del que se trata); así que he aprendido a salir de mi zona de confort gracias a eso.

As I said before, all the materials used were selected and provided by my client.

She has a penchant for this kind of materials (you will notice that they are not the most suitable for the type of item in question); so I have learned to get out of my comfort zone thanks to that.

Y aquí está el error al que me refería: Se supone que lo primero que debí hacer fueron las azas, porque esta pieza va entre el cuerpo del bolso y el círculo de tela de la parte inferior…

Como se me olvido hacer eso y no había marcha atrás, los instale utilizando la vieja confiable (suficiente UHU y ponerlos bajo peso) (シ_ _)シ

And here is the mistake I was referring to: The first thing I was supposed to do was the grippers, because this piece goes between the body of the bag and the fabric circle at the bottom...

Since I forgot to do that and there was no going back, I installed them using the old reliable (enough UHU and put them under weight) (シ_ _)シ

Ultimas notas o recomendaciones:

Por la diferencia en la resistencia de los textiles, sugiero agregar doble costura (o costura plana como la que se hace en los jeans) 🙌 👖

Estoy algo aburrida de hacer las mismas cosas, quisiera un gran reto de costura, hacer un traje grande y elaborado con muchos detalles, incluso tengo ganas de practicar maquillaje _{(pero estoy clara que solo con fines de crossplay, por la fiebre con mis chinos bellos).}

Al final, estos bolsos son una buena razón para practicar en la máquina de coser, para no perder la costumbre 💯

In the end, these bags are a good reason to practice on the sewing machine, so as not to lose the habit 💯
