Westinghouse Canada was headquartered in Hamilton Ontario in 1903 and by the 1930's had 13 industrial plants running. Including this one that was built in 1915. Glass for appliances and products, and radios were produced here until Westinghouse shut down all operations in Hamilton during the 1980s. It was then owned by a scrap metal company who allowed the building to fall into total disrepair.
Now the property is owned by McMaster University who plans on renovating the building for lab and office space. So there is security and active cameras all over the building. So to document it I put the drone up and snuck around the building. Snapping photos of the exterior and the interior (through windows).
