But since you asked:

My wife is doing well. Working lots as a nurse and as a nurse teacher at BCIT.

My oldest son has finished a 4 year course to be an electrician. He has a good job and a good girlfriend. Plus he has his own place on his own. Pretty proud of him for only 23 years old.

My youngest son is in University. Getting good grades and studying hard. Works hard, volunteers at church and the care home, has good friends and a pretty girlfriend.

As for me? A few health issues that were annoying but all going well I'll be able to retire (mostly) in a few weeks and see about putting more effort into the GLD game :) I have the tokenomics taken care of, the upvoting got uprooted when HELIOS stopped their program, but I'll figure things out.
