Another day in the smoke. My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2026
Sorry if there isn't a decent photo today but honestly with the heat and the smoke there really have much to take a picture of.
The grass is brown.
The horizon is smokey
So you get a picture of fallen apples.
Yup.
While walking the dog today I noticed a bunch of apples sitting on the storm sewer gate. I knew not long before they are sitting underneath an apple tree.
This tree to be exact.
It makes me a little sad to see. The owners of the tree don't even bother to pick the fruit and it just falls to the ground to rot.
In the store apples are selling for $3/lb and the waste just makes me sad.
That's why there was the photos.
Anyways as for today's steps?
Walk the dog in the morning and evening. Go to the gym in the afternoon and try hard to stay in shape. Even if just a little bit.
