Well I did walk the dog early morning and again in the evening but I will admit the walk was delayed. It was just too hot to go for a walk.
I did go to work for a few hours. That was nice to make a couple bucks and it was air conditioned.
I did go to the gym because: there are no windows to let the heat in and it out also air conditioned.
Heat plus cardio on a day like today? Yuck.
Mostly best just to stay cool, exercise when it's not too hot and just survive the day with a bunch of iced tea :)
