Hello Friends. I want to share with you all one of my artworks from my Nativity art collection. I was watching an Igbo African movie with a setting of precolonial era and saw a lady with this hairstyle. It's quite unique in its own way and so I decided to make an artwork of the hairstyle as part of my new collection. I've googled the hairstyle and also asked so many people about the native name of the hairstyle but no one knows it as they all claim this hairstyle was too ancient. The response I got kinda made me feel glad that I'm immortalizing a set of indigenous hairstyles which is regarded as archaic and are no longer in vogue but also felt like most peoplehave abandoned their truth and culture. I created this piece using both the Autodesk sketchbook app and Picsart. I hopeyou love it.
