This last season has been decent in terms of progression. I didn’t reach Bronze I, but I got to Bronze II at least. At this seasons end I’m at 2030 Collection Power and at 1544 Rating. I didn’t reach my Power goals, but my Rating is good enough for getting into Bronze I next season.

Daily Quest Rewards

From all of the Daily Quest loot chests this season I’ve only pulled two cards. Still that’s a lot more than no cards at all.

Through the daily loot chests, I was able to add another Gargoya Lion and a Pelacor Bandit to my collection. Other than that, a lot of Potions and Credits too.

Seasonal Rewards

The seven Seasonal Rewards chests for reaching Bronze II was quite uneventful. I did get another Pelacor Deceiver at least! Along with lots of Potions.

Giveaway Gifts

I was generously gifted a Pelacor Deceiver by winning a giveaway hosted by cryptofiloz@cryptofiloz. You can read their content and enter the giveaways here.

Earlier this season I received two other giveaway gifts as well! You can read more in my Weekly Report.

Totaling three giveaway cards, two from daily quests and one from seasonal rewards. Neat!

Bought Cards

I’ve invested a bit into more cards, both for being able to build better decks and for getting more Collection Power. Some highlights are Mylor Crowling, Wood Nymph, Torhilo The Frozen, and the Furious Chicken.

Other than these I’ve gotten some cheaper Gold Foil cards just for getting that extra Power.

New Season: Top Tier Bronze

This season I’m getting into Bronze I.

I’ll try to invest in a few more cards to be able to win more matches. My focus will be to get a few more heavy hitting casters for my Alric Stormbringer deck, and a few more good melee monsters for my Malric Inferno deck.

I’ll try to get a hold of some more Earth monsters for my work-in-progress Mylor Crowling deck, though most of the cards that plays well with Mylor has gone up quite a bit in price.

The biggest issue is that my incoming cash ear-marked for investing needs to cover so many different areas at the moment. I think I’d benefit from sitting down and prioritizing a bit more strictly.

Other than cards needed for playability, I’ll need to get my hands on more cards for Collection Power. The 5000 barrier into Bronze I isn’t that far away.

I’m still much more inclined to own the cards myself than renting them, though I’ve accepted that renting in my situation is the smarter move. My brain accepts this, and now I’ll work on trying to convince my heart.

This season I’ll gather enough Power for the top tier Bronze I!
