Splinterlands: Unlocked Frontier Bronze 1 for the first time in my Splinterlands Journey!🔥

Until now, I had always played exclusively in Modern mode; looking at my performance over the last few seasons, I typically hovered between Silver League Tier 2 and Gold League Tier 2. This is the first season I’ve started exploring Frontier. Initially, I only switched to Frontier for entertainment when I ran low on energy in Modern, but that was just the beginning. Take today, for instance: I’ve played perhaps only one or two battles in Modern mode—despite having plenty of energy left—whereas I’ve played over two dozen battles in Frontier since this morning. It has a unique appeal! Just two minutes ago, I unlocked Bronze League Tier 1 in this mode for the first time—and I did it using only those basic cards. It’s truly an achievement, and with this milestone, I received a total of 10 chests as "welcome loot," which is significantly more than what one gets in Modern.

Just a short while ago, I had secured five daily wins twice, earning '2+2' cards and '1+1' Frontier entries as rewards; shortly after that, I unlocked this tier. Since this was my first time unlocking a tier, I had no idea what kind or quantity of rewards to expect, so these ten chests came as a surprise to me as well. Inside, apart from three Frontier energies, I received a Legendary item and an Alchemy potion, along with five cards—all of common rarity. I already have some copies of these cards in my deck, and with these new additions, one of them—the Fire-element melee attack card 'Frankarsgard'—is now just one copy away from being upgraded to Level 2. If I win more copies of this card in the future, it will become the first card from the Foundation Set in my deck—after 'Archon Marlai Singariel'—to be upgraded to Level 2.

My main target for this season is to unlock the Silver League. I am currently ranked 720, so I need to climb 280 ranks to reach that milestone. There are eight days left in the season; while a good win rate could make this a one-day task, it would require me to play Frontier Battles with absolute focus. I might also need some better cards, as none of the Foundation cards in my current deck are above Level 1. I haven't fully decided yet, but I might explore some new cards; battles will get tougher at this rank, so I’ll need to tweak my strategy to achieve my goal. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy.
