I'm so happy to share this delicious recipe with you because it's the perfect breakfast or brunch for a cold, snowy winter day. It's become a tradition in my house every winter and my kids love it! I can't take credit for this recipe, it's one that I got from a friend years ago.
Hot out of the oven
It's just delicious. Light and fluffy like a souffle with a buttery crunch from the potato chips on top! The best part of it is that you can prepare it the night before. Plus you can tweak it to your preferences and tastes by adding any type of meat.. or skip the meat all together and add veggies for a vegetarian version. Just wake up.. bake it.. enjoy!

*1 lb. cooked breakfast sausage (or 12 slices thinly sliced ham)
*2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
*6 large eggs

*1/2 tsp. black pepper
*1 tsp. mustard
*2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 350 F.
