I would love to share all my food pictures from over the weekend. My hubby and I had a little get away. Even if it was only a little bit of travel not too far from home. We went to see some friends. We booked a hotel like a few minutes from their house. Friday night we arrived and went to dinner at a Japanese hibachi grill place. 馃崥

Hubby had some scallops and shrimp.馃崁
Watched the steaks get grilled up.馃崁
The finished meal was delicious.馃崁
After we checked in to the hotel, we made a stop at the liquor store and these bottles interested me.
We were mainly buying beer and hard cider so these will have to be a try for another time! 馃
Saturday we enjoyed some brunch! 馃崁
Sausage, German pancakes, with a peach sauce, and some bacon.
Saturday was also movies and slow cooking corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes. Our friends food was delicious.馃崁
Dinner even looked beautiful and colorful! 馃崁
I baked up a colorful green cake, with a layer of Nutella and whipped cream on top along with some green sprinkles!
Came out delicious 馃構 going to need to bake this again soon. Super easy and such a hit!
