Cisco Breweries restaurant on different days

I try to have some variety in where I got for my morning walks, sometimes exploring further afield, but one spot I often go if I have a busy day ahead and want to stay close to home and have a shorter walk, is the area along the coast from the Harbor walk up to East beach and Fort Tabor, and one building I see often is the Cisco breweries restaurant, and a little while back I had the idea to get shots of it from a similar view point on different days I visited there to show it in different light and conditions and that's how this post came to be

Its a place with many bars and a few places to eat, inside, outside and on an upper deck and it has multiple bars and often on weekend live music and events going on.

One one of my recent visits there it was lightly raining so I didn't get a walk in, but I noticed an occasional burst of lighting across the water, and I thought why not see if I could get a shot of lightning behind the restaurant for this series, so I walked to the spot and setup my camera on the tripod, saw a couple of flashes of lighting, but off at different angles and not behind the restaurant, and then the rain got heavier and the lightning closer so I retreated back to the car

So no I didn't get a cool shot with lightning, but I decided to play around in Lightroom and see if I could add some lightning and came up with this shot, I know it looks fake, so do not feel bad agreeing my my assessment

One thing I need to make time for is learning more of the features of photoshop, I really only use a small percentage of what it can do, I do have some Tutorials I want to work through, just need to find, well make the time to go through them and improve my editing skills

Each time I walk there the sky is different sometimes moody, sometimes warmer and a splash of color

And another visit and a more colorful sky, I have to be honest on the days with more colors of a beautiful sunset, I tend to stay on the coastline or beach and forget about this series I was working on
