I am thinking of changing my actifit posts a little and included at least one photo to start taken with my camera starting from today

This is a shot taken on Water Beach from a week or two ago, taken with a longer exposure of 13 seconds taken on a tripod, I do love the effect a long exposure has on the clouds especially those closer ones above the pier, and how it smooths out the water, and if your wondering yes those footprints on the sand are mine

Early morning walk iPhone photos

As its an actifit post and I said I would share some shots of my activity today actifit post here are some photos taken on my early morning walk at Walnut beach this morning, no cloud slike in the first shot and the temp had dropped down to low 60s so was very pleasant there this morning.

I did about 77K steps on the beach this morning before heading home for breakfast, I was planning on popping out for a walk to catch some flower shots before they all fade away as the season changes but I must have twisted my knee somehow as its quite painful and a little swollen so instead I spent a lot of the day on the couch with my feet up and ice on my knee, hopefully, it will settle overnight and I can get out for a morning walk tomorrow.
I do have issues with my Knees after smashing them both when I was 18 so I am used to this and know it will either settle overnight and I will be fine tomorrow or I will have to take it easy for a couple of more days I am of course hoping for the first option

I started my walk heading out to the beach from this entrance from the car park

There weren't many clouds this morning but some nice colors still in the sky before the sun rose above the horizon

This guy was at the beach before me probably like me enjoying the peace and quiet of the early morning and doing a bit of fishing
