Today, Iβm not going to share a food recipe like I usually do every day. Instead, Iβm going to share a useful hair pack with you all.
For us girls, our hair is the most beautiful thing we have. The more beautiful someoneβs hair is, the more beautiful she looks. We all wish to have long, thick, and silky hair. But the good news is β we can make our hair healthy naturally at home with a little care.
Going to the parlour every month and spending money on hair spa treatments is often a waste, because after two days our hair becomes damaged again. Then it feels like all that money just went down the drain.
But today, Iβll share a secret hair pack with you that, if you use 2β3 times a month, will make your hair really healthy. After all, when we take care of a plant, it blooms beautifully β and weβre humans, so we should take care of ourselves too.
And the most important thing is β when you love yourself, you can love everything in this world.
So, letβs begin and Iβll share with you the process of making this hair pack!
1.Henna powder ,
2.Egg ,
3.lemon ,
4.Banana,
5.Tea leaves,
6.Bay leaves,
7.Fenugreek,
8.Rosemary leaves,
9.Sugar.
First, take the henna powder in a bowl and make sure there are no lumps in it.
Then, in a separate pot, add a sufficient amount of water and put in bay leaves, tea leaves, rosemary leaves, and fenugreek seeds. Boil the mixture on the stove until it becomes deep and rich in color. After that, remove it from the heat and let it cool down.
Next, in the henna powder, add one egg, one large lemon, and one large banana, and mix everything well.
If you want to bring some color to your hair, you can also add beetroot powder to the mixture. But I didnβt add it because I didnβt want to color my hair.
Then, slowly add the deep-colored liquid (that you boiled earlier) into the henna mixture little by little, and mix it properly. Finally, add a bit of sugar and mix again.
Now, cover the mixture and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
You can add more ingredients if you want, but I just used whatever was available at home.
Now, comb your hair properly, making sure thereβs no dirt or oil β because hair packs donβt work well on dirty hair.
Then, apply the pack evenly from the roots to the tips of your hair and leave it for about 1 hour.
After that, wash it off with any shampoo, and use a conditioner.
Once your hair dries, youβll notice that it looks very healthy and beautiful!
Trust me, if you follow this process 2β3 times a month, youβll get really healthy hair.
