Even if you don't like them, working only with people you like who severely limit your
success in life. Take your office.
Many times people do not like their bosses but they stay in that office and compete with them to get that job done. You may not like the lecture at university but you enjoy it because the course is required for you to graduate.
You can apply this principle to every relationship. Emotionally let people who can't stand those you don't like are immature. choice. My choice is to be goal-oriented and to tolerate even those who intentionally dislike you.
They are necessary or at least useful in helping you achieve your end goal. That is how life has always been.
