I could imagine using powdered up lentils as a flour that is really neutral in taste.

They do this with chickpeas and make a kind of savoury snack - which I like a lot.

Just like being a genius at some things (I'm pretty sure I am, I'm just not sure what those things might be) I suck at some things.

Yesterday I was talking with a colleague about this, where I was saying that the internet creates a forum for people who have no experience/knowledge or whatever to comment and even get support from other "non-geniuses" on things they don't even have any skin in the game in. It creates a pretty toxic environment and what drives a lot of the cancel culture in my opinion.

Maybe that's my genius-that I know the difference between the two.

There are many with this type of ingenuity out there :)
