Sounds like part of your job is going to be responding to "that's not how we did it in my old job" people.

Likely, though I am hoping that is more positive than negative like, "That is not how we did it and I like this way better!"

It is always fun working with diverse people and their ways of doing things, learning from them and teaching to them.

And if things go well, the program will expand to include even more :) Sounds like fun!
