Physical fitness has many components and elements that must be met, namely Strength, Endurance, Muscle Power, Speed, Resilience, Agility, Coordination, Balance, Accuracy, and Reaction. Here's a brief explanation:

  1. Strength

Strength is the ability of the muscles to bear the burden in an activity. Naturally the muscles of the body already have strength. Even so, the ability of the body to use muscle so that it serves as the basis of strength requires exercise from the smallest though. For example, a toddler's child needs a stage to have his hands have the power to lift his drinking device, starting with a small dot, a large dot to continue using a large glass like an adult.

To get muscle strength above the average, more exercise is required and done routinely.

Some examples of the following exercises are helpful for strengthening the muscles of the body:

Sit Up, to strengthen the abdominal muscles, Push Up, to strengthen the arm muscles, Squat Jump, to train the strength of abdominal and limb muscles, Pull Up, to train the muscle strength of the hands and shoulders,

  1. Endurance

Endurance is the ability to use organs such as the lungs, kidneys, heart efficiently and effectively. Slightly different from exercising muscle strength, increased endurance can be done with regular and consistent ringat exercises.

For example jog-run every morning, healthy walking or healthy gym once a week. Can also by swimming regularly to train the respiratory endurance of the body.

  1. Muscular Power (Muscular Power)

Muscular Power or muscle power is the ability to produce as much power as possible for maximum use in the shortest time possible. Examples of the use of muscle power such as pole vaulting, boxers when hitting a hard blow, when lifting weightlifting barbells, while jumping through obstacles and so forth.
