Hello everyone. How are you today? People in Vietnam have been allowed to stay at home to celebrate a special occasion for the past few days. It's Hung Kings Commemoration Day, a significant day in my country. People still refer to the holiday as Hung Temple Festival. The big festival's purpose is to commemorate and express gratitude to the Hung Kings, the nation's first kings, for their founding merits. Since ancient times, the death anniversary of the Hung King has held a special place in the hearts of Vietnamese people. We are permitted to stay at home and to leave school for students and leave work for employees on that days. Everyone will have a good time with family and friends during these special holidays. Saturday and Sunday are designated as special holidays. As a result, we were given an extra day off.

I returned home the day before the holidays to celebrate with my grandmother and family. We had dinner together and had a good time talking. It's been a long time since my house was so full of laughter. My grandmother was overjoyed when I came to see her. Until yesterday, I had returned to Da Nang, where I live and study. I have an important meeting with some friends. Because their hometown is quite far away from this city, they are unable to return home during the holidays. That's unfortunate. We decided to spend time together so that our friends would not feel lonely. We went out to eat a portion of popular street food in Da Nang. This location is known as a snacking culinary paradise. 馃槑

Where is this well-known location?

According to the map, it takes less than 10 minutes by motorbike from the city center, or by other modes of transportation such as bus, taxi, and so on. You will easily find the Tran Thi Ly bridge. For a long time, the foot of this historic bridge has been a very familiar destination for students, young people who love to eat snacks, and a place to discover traditional cuisine that you should not miss when visiting this city. For me, the distance to this location is quite long. My school is in the mountainous district of the Lien Chieu. It takes us more than 30 minutes by motorcycle to get here and enjoy the delicious flavors. Even though the distance is great, we can't stop ourselves. Especially on such an important day. Tran Thi Ly Bridge snack area includes many snack shops in succession with a large number of dishes full of variety, richness, and willingness to satisfy the most discriminating eating souls. From the name to the dishes to the service style, everything here is simple, friendly, and always economical, convenient, and fast.

What will be on the menu?

I believe it will take you a long time to choose a dish. There are many dishes on the menu that are diverse and rich in shape and name. The snacking area at the foot of Tran Thi Ly Bridge is well-known for its salted yogurt, mixed state cake, coconut sucking snails, ram rolls with cabbage, and other delectable treats. Coconut snail is quite delicious here, with sweet, salty, and salty flavors mingling with the spicy, sour taste of papaya to create a very interesting blend.

Snails in coconut sauce with sour papaya. There are also rice snails cooked with coconut and fresh chili which are also delicious. Indeed, coming to Da Nang and skipping the snails is a huge mistake because the snails here truly taste the sea, which is the central flavor. You can also sit and sip a delicious bowl of snails for 20,000 - 30,000 VND.

Sweet and sour chicken feet with fruits like ambarella and mango. The fleshy flavor of chicken feet is combined with the sweet and sour flavor of the fruit. If you come here, I think you should try this dish.

Mixed rice paper is made from rice paper cut with fried onions, dried beef, quail eggs, mango, laksa leaves, and sauce mixed together. This is the dish that made my childhood.

The dishes have reasonable prices that are suitable for students', students', and working people's budgets. The dishes have strong Central Viet Nam flavors but are not difficult to eat.

We decided to go karaoke after we finished eating. We had a fantastic holiday. Perhaps this will be our lasting memory until we all go back to work and repeat them. It'll be fascinating. If you've read this article and have the opportunity to visit Da Nang, Vietnam, don't pass it up. You'll have some unique culinary experiences here.
