Hello everyone π§. My Mum bought sweet potatoes at Tamu or the morning market nearby my house last Sunday. These sweet potatoes we usually eat as snacks. However, I ate it as my dinner.
Sweet potato in Malay is Ubi Manis
The sweet potatoes must be boiled first before we eat them. In my case, I put a little bit of salt in the boiling water π .
It's best to eat these sweet potatoes while it is still hot. I need to peel the potatoes' skin first using a spoon and some time with my hand (feel the heat from the still hot potatoes) before I dig in π½οΈ.
Looks appetizing when I look at the colourful sweet potatoes π. At the same time, I'm thinking I plan to make sweet potatoes' glutinous rice dumplings π‘ when I have the time in the near future. The last time I make these dumplings were two years ago and I still remember the recipe as it was one of my favourite desserts β€οΈ.
The dinner above was not enough for me. I eat bananas π to make me feel full.
Banana in Malay language is Pisang
For your information, I'm not dieting. Just, my Mum did not make dinner that day and I have to randomly find food for dinner π.
That's all. Thanks for reading my post π€.
