Oh my Ramen this is sooooo good! I used dried Shitake Mushroom Strips right to the broth - and let it simmer longer than you would normally making ramen. I used frozen peas and I add all the spice I have

Vegan Buddha Bowl I ❤️Garbanzo Beans!!

Cuban Tofu Buddha Bowl
Got a Green Chef Box and this was the best box yet! #greenchefcubantofu Was a great comfort food and was easy to sauté tofu rubbed with Cuban spices... cook that down with some coconut oil, add red peppers
