I've heard much about nettle when I studied healthy food and healthy lifestyle, but I couldn't find it anywhere to plant in my garden.
It's shocking but such a powerful plant is considered to be a weed here, so that's why I couldn't find its seeds.
But I was lucky to find nettle not far from my garden, just free growing, really like a weed and any other wild plants.
I was happy to have a chance to try it by myself!✨
It's VERY spirious, so I used gloves to touch it...
But just 2-3 sec in hot water, and it's absolutely soft and kind;)
Now we can add it to our soups, smoothies, salads or just dry to use for drinks.
I used it for salads.
It has very special taste, not similar to anythinjg I've tasted before, but rather nice!
And when I remember of its benefits, I like it even more;)
Nettle is - a versatile medicinal plant. So our ancestors used it for many centuries.
Nettle was considered a versatile herb, both for health and nutrition.
✨It contains: vitamins B, E and K, iron, potassium, calcium, chromium, copper, manganese, aluminum and molybdenum, ascorbic acid, carotene and carotenoids, barium, sulfur.
Speaking about vitamin C content, this plant is 10 times superior to lemon and apple.
And the content of vegetable protein in 100 g of the product is almost 4 g.

So what properties does this plant have?💚
