GOOD NEWS! THE GOVERNMENT IS RISING AGAINST JUVENILE JUSTICE
FINALLY THE GOVERNMENT IS AGAINST JUVENILE JUSTICE!
THE LAW "10 SENATORS" WAS SUPPORTED BY DEPUTEES!
On March 23, 2023, a plenary meeting with a Government report of the State Duma was held.
The Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin raised the issue of the so-called "10 senators" law, which introduces serious anti-juvenile changes to the Family Code of the Russian Federation (PFZ No. 157281-8)
It should be mentioned that this law was discussed by officials during many years, and they all were divided into 2 groups - those who forced it, and those who stopped it doing all they could. Of course, the juvenile justice lobby was against it, and they tried to cancel it by all means.
This law controls the CPS actions and reject their total power that is not connected with court decisions.
For example, if a family has a trouble, and a tragedy happens with parents, then CPS takes its control over kids - often even without court decisions!
This very "law of 10 senators" changes the situation and denies CPS total power. Now relatives have prerpgative in the question of responsibility and adoption of a kid without parents. CPS have no right to take kids away.
This very law is being forced by the most officials now.
The chairman noted that “this is the so-called juvenile justice was imposed by enemies, and Russian families suffered too much because of it”.
The current world changing situation is very hard but it helps us to deny many negative western influnces, and juvenile justice is one of it.
