You buy already de-seeded vegetables, which saves you a lot of time. And your task is only to add the minced meat you want inside and put it to cook.
You can cook dolma. For this, grape leaves have already been prepared for you. I can not say that I am a big fan of these dishes, but sometimes I can eat it.
