No counting while walking. No checking.
It felt like less.
Perception rarely matches data.
Energy is strange.
You can store it in numbers. Or in sunlight.
Today I chose the second.
Standing in the garden, face turned toward light.
No urgency. Just absorption.
Some days progress is invisible. Some days it warms you.
