Good morning everyone. Today Im gonna show to you this famous filipino dish that I really lik. I am the one who cooked this and I bought this eggplants in some local market near in our place.
This dish is very simple to cook. You just need to saute your garlic and onion and then put your sliced eggplant. Once you are done you can now egg and add some salt and pepper in it yo taste.
