¡Hola querida comunidad!

Hello, dear community!
September bids farewell, leaving me with a full heart and the certainty that true growth happens when we blend faith, conscious habit, and the courage to take the first step—even when afraid. As is customary on this profile, I’m sharing a photo collage that captures my recent weeks; I wanted to revisit a special format of mine and pour my reflections into an acrostic using the word septiembre (September). Rather than just recounting my experiences, today I want to offer a heartfelt piece of advice within each letter, hoping it resonates with your own personal journeys:
S for Sowing mindful mornings and finding my tribe
This month, I took the "slow morning" routine seriously and joined the Glow Up Project challenge with @lussty.peru. I discovered how powerful it is to start the day from a place of calm and surround yourself with like-minded people. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that we don’t have to reach our goals alone; building a supportive tribe turns discipline into an act of love rather than an obligation. And yes, I still advocate for "solo dates," but making space for others is vital, too.
The secret lies in balancing our time: gifting ourselves moments to recharge mentally and engage in enriching conversations, all while continuing to honor our chosen solitude, the silence, and our own emotions.
E for Entrusting my aspirations to God and working toward them
I have spent the last month living out the beginning of a purpose I had been working to bring to fruition for a long time. Understanding that waiting is part of the process—and not obsessing over the "perfect moment"—allowed me to focus on sharing my knowledge authentically.
My advice is to place your goals in the hands of God, the universe, or your own faith. It is a magical thing that opens your heart to genuine connections. The best way to leave a legacy is to transform your wisdom into tools that are useful to others.
P for Programming the mind to unlock its limitless power
I joined a virtual book club where we’ll be meeting every Sunday through the end of November to break down the book Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins. My biggest takeaway so far is that nurturing your internal dialogue is vital. When you consistently dedicate time to reprogramming what you believe is possible, your daily decisions begin to align with your true potential.
T for Taking the courage to go to Gus’s release party alone
Going to Gus’s release party alone and singing every song at the top of my lungs taught me a valuable lesson: don’t put off unforgettable moments while waiting for others. Learning to date yourself teaches you to inhabit your own skin with confidence, validating your tastes and enjoying your own company.
I for Trying despite the fear—always the first step
I’ve only been at the language academy for two months, and it’s exciting to realize I already understand things in English that once seemed impossible. If you’re afraid to start something, don’t wait for the fear to vanish before taking that first step. Fear doesn’t disappear before you try something new; it fades away along the journey as you move forward and discover your true potential.
E for Empathizing with the unexpected and prioritizing health
I traveled excitedly to see my nephew, but life had other plans—we both got sick. This showed me the value of learning to pause without guilt when circumstances demand it. Taking care of yourself and your loved ones isn’t a waste of time; it’s understanding that slowing down is a necessary lesson in patience.
M for Improving a little every day
Sometimes we get overwhelmed seeking radical transformations, when the real secret lies in consistency. Choosing to learn something new, correct a habit, or be a little more patient today is what builds the best version of you. Don’t seek perfection; seek progress.
B for Balancing movement and stillness
Integrating quiet mornings, the Glow Up challenge, English classes, and the book club showed me that balance is indeed possible if you organize your priorities and cultivate self-love. Remember, your routine shouldn’t suffocate you; it should nourish you and give you energy and vitality. Design days that include space for both professional growth and mental peace.
R for Recognizing your victories, however small
Two months of study, a month of mental preparation, or three Sundays of reading are steps that may seem small, but they build great results. Do not wait until the end to acknowledge your progress. Today is the moment to value that version of yourself that works with discipline, whether in private or in public; both facets are equally valuable and reflect the courage to stay focused.
E for Evolving—accepting that there is no better moment than the present, here and now.
One of the great lessons September taught me is that waiting for perfect conditions only holds us back; the ideal moment isn't something you find, but something you build through action. My most sincere advice is to start today with the resources you already have. You don’t need to have everything figured out; clarity and confidence are cultivated along the way.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being part of this beautiful tribe and for joining me on the blog for another month with your comments, likes, and shares. I’m wrapping up September with immense gratitude and opening my arms to welcome all the energy and new beginnings that October brings.
What was that small, brave step that shaped your month?
I’d love to hear from you! 👇☕✨
