Hello guys....
How are you all? I hope you are all well and always happy. Meet me again, nice to meet you all. I'm back with my story about visiting a beautiful cafe with delicious drinks.
This time I'm going to look for something to eat at a night market. This is the night market I visited when I was in Thailand. Ramkhamhaeng Night Market, that's the name of the night market. This night market is famous for its abundance of halal food. And as a Muslim, finding halal food is very important, so finding a night market like this is very fortunate.
Ramkhamhaeng Night Market is a haven for street food and affordable local shopping. Located along Ramkhamhaeng Road (near Rajamangala Stadium and Ramkhamhaeng University), the market is open daily from 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
I arrived around 4 p.m., and not all the stalls were open yet. However, many were already open, and many people were already visiting. There's a wide selection of food and drinks here, from Thai food to other dishes. There are main courses, snacks, desserts, and a wide variety of choices. There's also a Thai tea stall.
For starters, I didn't order much, I just ordered some food and a drink. This was because I wanted to try the food first, and I was going to eat in my hotel room, because the chairs and tables weren't yet available. When I was there, the tables and chairs were still provided, and maybe everything would be open later in the evening.
Egg tart
First I ordered Egg Tart, 2 pieces of egg tart for 5 baht each. The price is very cheap for egg tart, because if I ever bought it in Medan the price is more expensive than this. And even though this is very cheap, it is very delicious, unfortunately I only bought 2, I should have bought more. The taste is sweet and slightly salty, with a soft texture, very delicious.
Takoyaki
Next, I ordered takoyaki. One serving consisted of four pieces of takoyaki filled with baby octopus and topped with seaweed. These takoyaki were quite large, soft and chewy, salty and savory, and very delicious. They were topped with a spicy and sweet sauce.
Satay
Honestly, I don't know what the name of the next menu I bought is, but it's shaped like satay, which is also cooked grilled. This is chicken skewered with sticks, smeared with grilled sauce, and grilled on the grill. and this is very delicious, I bought two skewers, both of which are chicken but different shapes. one has been cut into small pieces and then skewered with sticks, the other is flattened chicken and then skewered with sticks. I really like this, it's very delicious. for 10 baht, you can get this delicious meal.
Thai Tea
And lastly I ordered Thai Tea, of course after buying some food I needed a drink too. The price of this Thai Tea was 25 baht, but when I paid I only had 100 baht, but they didn't give me change, so I wanted to use QR, and it turned out my QR didn't work, so the seller had to ask another stand for my change.
nd fortunately the taste of this drink is very delicious, even though the price is cheap but it is no less delicious than the Thaitea that I bought at the cafe. I really like it, with the right sweetness and fresh taste. nd what I'm confused about, why the ice cubes here are so long-lasting, not easy to melt, because when I wanted to go back to the hotel I had to walk quite far, I needed about 30 minutes to walk, but the ice did not melt, even though the weather when I walked was very hot. that's why when I arrived at the hotel room it was very fitting to drink this drink.
That's a little bit of my story this time, next I will tell you about my journey from Ramkhamhaeng Night Market to the hotel.
Okay, that's my activity this time. Thank you for reading my story, see you in my next story~
