Hello guys....
It's already entering summer, and several brands are holding challenges about summer. As is the case with one of my favorite brands that sells art supplies, namely Miya Art. Currently Miya Art is holding a challenge to paint using a summer theme, and for sure I will take part in this challenge.
Because the one holding this challenge is Miya Art, of course you have to use art equipment from this brand. And I have some art equipment from the Miya brand, such as Gouache and the Watercolor, but this time I prefer to paint using the Watercolor. And I will use some additional equipment even though it's not from the Miya brand, i.e. I will use an A5 size watercolor book.
There are so many summer themed things, but I think the most famous one is definitely the beach. That's why I'm going to paint a coconut ice drink on the beach. First I will draw a sketch first using a pencil.
After finishing sketching then I will start coloring it, starting with coloring the coconut cup. Then the flower decoration in the cup and also the lemon. And continued with the water in the drink and the straw as well.
Then I will color the sea and sky, dark blue for the sea and light blue for the sky. And proceed with coloring the beach sand with yellowish brown color.
After that I will color the table using gray color. And lastly i will add some color on the border between the sand and the sea, and also i will add the sun in the sky.
And this is the result of my painting for the challenge held by Miya Art, this is a simple painting that I made. I hope it looks good.
