Hello guys....
Today i had dinner quite early and i had dinner with different food than i usually eat. This time I had dinner with Mie Sop Bakso from a shop on the side of the road called Bakso Pak Pono, this is a shop near my house.
I asked my sister to go buy my dinner this time, actually I don't know where she bought it but it looks like it's still in the area where I live. The condition of the shop looks clean and quite busy.
Mie Sop Bakso is one of the famous foods in Indonesia, this is vermicelli or kwetiau noodles that are given soup and we can order with additional meatballs or eggs. Because I really like meatballs that's why I chose to use meatballs. if you order to take home, usually the soup and noodles will be wrapped separately, so for example we want to eat it some time after we buy it, we just need to heat the soup.
Because the Mie Sop Bakso that I ordered has a large portion, I will use a large bowl. Then first I will put the vermicelli noodles first.
Then I will pour the soup in which there are already some meatballs.
I've never tried Mie Sop here before, so this is my first impression of the food sold here.
I think it tastes really good, especially the meatballs. The meatballs are chewy, soft and taste good. I don't really like the taste of the meatballs which have too much meat, and these meatballs don't have that kind of taste, but these meatballs have more of a flavor from seasoning. The soup stock is also delicious, especially if we add the chili that has been provided as well. The vermicelli noodles are also delicious. I don't know why I'm only trying Mie Sop from this shop now, even though it tastes really good and the price is cheap too.
Usually I order Mie Sop Bakso for lunch but this time I wanted to eat it as my dinner and it turned out to be suitable, especially now that the weather is cold so it is suitable for eating warm food like this.
