This morning I picked up the children from the airport, than up to work and after work pick up at home and heading to Manacor for the classic 1 Mile of Manacor....
My 2nd consecutive day with running and good that it had been only a mile because I feel that there's no room for more with my knees. Almost 6 minutes, so the pace was also bad, but at least I could run. Both children podium in their age group is also a reward. And a lot of fresh vegetables - their prize - is also a lot better than another trophy 馃弳.
