Ayer three weeks finally I had like a new start to run lol
10km in Eernegem with pain and bad knees I started to run and going 2,5-5km with my daughter. At the end I succeeded to finish the 10km and we'll see what tomorrow brings. This post I could not write anymore yesterday...
