On days like this one needs a friend who helps and drag one through the training. Rafa was the one today and I don't know how long it is since I've felt like this... Exhausted... Anyway we did about 11km and ending not that bad... Mauve the cake I ate on Monday evening was still swimming around... #AliveAndThriving #alive
