What a spectacular athletics event in Magaluf today! One guy which I know from when he was a little bit qualified for the European championships U23 steeple run with 8'49", and a girl which I even have been sharing a few training sessions with a couple of years ago breaks the Spanish record 1000m U23 with 2'38"90. Waaaaaw
My daughter also ran a great 500m race with 1'26"-1'27" (still no results for the pre-program) which probably will result in a new record as well. #AliveAndThriving #alive
