While I was in Pokhara, a place that I never miss is Fewa Lake. I always spend my time enjoying all the calmness, and the view of nature. It always brings a joy to heart.
That day after spending some time around the Fewa Lake . I decided to have some lunch, I walk around the street and came across the "Umbrella Cafe"
Umbrella Cafe is Vegetarian restaurant built in with some exotic and beach side restaurant spot. With all the wooden textures, bamboo, and some hippies style layout made me enter the restaurant. As of the lockdown, some foreign.tourist were still spotted on the restaurant. Pokhara is an ultimate destination for tourist in Nepal. And foreign tourist loved the place throughout the year.
The wooden textures, chairs and bamboo decors the place. The bamboo seating space with cushions were specially the shining factor with some nets wrapped around the light as well.
It created a wholesome experience to be in the spot.
There were some books to read placed for the visitors. It remained untouched, as my first intention was to grab something to eat.
Also, the flower pot, the diys were fascinating to observe while you take your time for the order. The ambience keeps your eyes busy gazing around the spot.
Noodles are always a easy go choice to make. And , that makes a first choice on my menu. It was good food, and during the lockdown as well some restaurants were on the run . It's good to go whenever there's an opportunity to support a local SME.
The restaurant also conducts the yoga classes

After having the meal as I get out of the restaurant, the cloud were all over the sky. As I say the never ending tales of monsoon has been there since a long time in Nepal. Fun fact is that, Pokhara is city with the most rainfall in Nepal. And you never know when it will rain in Pokhara.
I came back quickly to my hotel that day.
It's always a great time to be in Pokhara.
