This happened with me too.
For the first time ever, I got to spend the Christmas holiday differently. Away from my family as was the tradition. Well, it was not so bad since I was with friends but it was odd.
I guess that's just how life works.

While we were all together on Christmas dqy-my friends and i- I would look at them and think to myself that maybe in the coming years, we may never get this opportunity because we'll all be engrossed with busy schedules. And then I'd begin to savour the moment more and try to make the best out of it. Same happens with family but it's not very bad as with friends.

What we hope for is life and then just enough resources to be able to burn these bridges.
