1.Nasal cleaning salt.(The dosage for children is half a pack.Clean the nasal cavity every two days)
专用的鼻腔清洗盐（儿童的用量是每次半包，每两天清洗一次，如果体质好间隔的时间可以更长一些）
2.A syringe and a measuring cup.Half a packet of washing salt dissolved in warm water 300 ml.
一只针筒、一个量杯（半包清洗盐溶解于300毫升的温水）
3.Ready to begin.
准备开始了。
4.The syringe is gently inserted from one nostril(Not too deep).Push the syringer , so salt water pour into the nasal cavity.
Two nasal orifices,Each nostril cleaning two saline syringe.

注射器从一个鼻孔轻轻插入（不用太深），中等速度将盐水推入鼻腔，盐水从另外一边鼻孔流出来。两个鼻孔，每个鼻孔清洗两针筒盐水就可以了。
