Its always a pleasure to bring you some phone photography and shots in the weekly contest activity by our dear friend @untilwelearn . And am so excited that another weekend is here for that fun 🤩 time in our kitchens.

I will be sharing some delicious snacks with you guys as my entry for this round. A fresh oven baked cinnamon rolls I made in my spare time over one of the weekend. The base of this snacks is cinnamon,added in the flour mix with other dry ingredients.

Cinnamon is one spice you must not miss out on when baking in the kitchen. Be it bread 🥖, cakes 🍰 , buns or rolls because it bring and give that delicious aroma that make our kitchen smells so good, alerting us something delicious is in the oven , hot and fresh. Haha 😄.

Is just a simple detailed instruction by adding salt, sugar , yeast, margarine 🧈, extract of choice and cinnamon as a spice. Then we add our warm milk 🥛 or warm water 💦 that will help the yeast dissolve into the flour when we knead into a dough and allow to double in size after about 20 - 30 minutes covered. Roll in your desired shape and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180 Celsius. Enjoy 😊 friends 🥰.
