Hello hivers and friends of this community🥰❤️. Greetings with love to you all , sending you warmness and good health. And the weekend is almost by the corner to those of us who love 💕 cookies 🍪, especially the most crunchy and delicious.

I love my snacks for the weekends because I enjoy it with tea 🍵 a lot, but today I have to make a delicious crunchy cookies 🍪 with love ❤️ for my daughter who I went briefly to see at school because she is reading 📖 for her exams and will not make it home this weekend. This oats, vanilla, cinnamon combination is everything you need to try.

When I called her during the week telling her of my planned visit, she just said mom make some delicious cookies please 🍪. Haha 😆. Children loves cookies a lot, even teenagers loves it most. So I prepared this cookies in a special way you will want to try making to treat your children as the holidays are approaching.

Here I proceed to show you how you can make this recipe with step by step., simple and straightforward.

INGREDIENTS:

40 g of rolled oats
30 g of cake flour
2 tablespoons of margarine
30 g of premium sugar
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

EXTRA INGREDIENTS:

1/8 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

I will begin this recipe by mixing the sugar and margarine 🧈 to obtain that fluffy texture

Step 2.

Next I will add the vanilla extract and incorporate. As above.

Step 3.

And will add the flour, oats flakes and mix both thoroughly.

Step 4.

Here will add the dry ingredients. Salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Then incorporate all into the flours..

Step 5.

To make batter from the mixture, I will add 3 tablespoons of spring water 💦 and gradually mix to obtain a tick batter for cookie 🍪 texture.

Step 6.

And will mold and place in a glazed baking pan .

Step 7.

And will bake for 20 minutes to obtain a light brown crunchy delicious cookies 🍪.

Cookies are one of the best snacks everyone loves ❤️including adults. But making delicious cookies is the most important things because some comes out crunchy and sweeter than others.
