First check out my hike to Rainbow mountain! Rotorua, New Zealand 馃嚦馃嚳
The emerald pools were so incredible!
The mountain has a lovely range of colours in the rocks - can you make that out in my photo? It is tough to capture the true magnificence of nature sometimes.
Here below is a mini geyser! This one is always releasing underground pressure, and sometimes it鈥檚 get super powerful and blasts steam out high into the sky!
This is at another volcanic park now, and I鈥檓 on my way to catch a boat ride in a crater which filled with water over time and is the most recent large eruption site.
There was a hike up to a view point to see part of the park and some other thermal springs from above. The geysers had calmed down and I was about to get a decent picture without too much steam. I think it鈥檚 so amazing that places like this exist! Love it :)
