Guidance Card 1

Seven of Cups

Desires, Dreaming, Wishes

This weeks card comes to you to help you to take notice of the choices you're making at the moment. It is asking you to take a hard look at how you are perceiving the situations in your life. Are you reaching for unattainable goals? Daydreaming and wishing to build castles in the air? Sometimes it can be difficult to see between fantasy and illusion, which makes it hard for one to make clear choices.

On the other hand the Seven of Cups may represent you're imagining endless possibilities. Are you thinking overtime on how to achieve a specific goal? Be careful not to overindulge with either of the meanings of this card. You do not want to wear yourself out trying to make things happen. No one ever gets rich quick or happens to succeed in an instant. Take your time to re-evaluate your situations, desires and dreams.

Your are supported by guides and the universal energies at all times. Sometimes it is better to let go of perceived ideals and let things just roll your way. Letting go and not trying to make things happen often leads to the very thing happening. Resisting the natural flow of things and paddling against the current will keep your dreams at arms length. Maybe it is time to just sit back and see what flows your way.

Guidance Card 2

King of Cups

Maturity, Loyalty, Compassionate

This card usually represents masculine energy, but if you are a female the characteristic traits of this card can also represent yourself. The King of Cups is likened to the maturity and authoritative aspects of those born under the Water sign, which are Cancer's, Scorpio's or Pisces. You may know someone or be the one that is trying hard to remain steadfast during some emotional ups and downs.

Perhaps you have poured yourself out towards others, offering them compassion, comfort and support, but you are feeling a bit under appreciated. Have you been someones confidant, spent time listening to their woes, offering your best support and insights? You are naturally a nurturer, full of concern and love for others and you can not help but want to comfort those in need. It may be time for you to step back and regain your strength and try not to get too caught up in the emotions of another at your own expense.

You also need to nurture yourself, love yourself and even think of yourself first. This is the sign of true maturity. When you take time for yourself first so that you can offer your best to others when they are in need. The King of Cups is strong, loving and wise beyond years, you are being asked to be just that for yourself and for others. You are reminded today of how much you are loved and appreciated even if you do not hear it often from others.

King of Pentacles

Abundance, Success in Business, Safety

The King of Pentacles sits surrounded by the wealth and abundance of nature at his feet. His/her prosperity is overflowing, everything he has worked at has brought him a bounty of riches. His/ her needs have been met in every area of life. Are you feeling like the King of Pentacles? Are your riches beginning to pour in from the years of hard work? Is Prosperity knocking at your door this very instant? Congratulations! The universe is responding to all that you have put forth. You are reaping what you have sowed in the past. It is your time to enjoy the earthly rewards.

You may even be offering others financial help as they look to you to be a nurturing, protecting and stable influence in their life. Like a Father or Mother that protects their offspring you are seen as that type of person by someone you know. Perhaps people see you as strong and solid, successful and respected, and they look to you in times of need. They may come to you for advice, wise counsel or even for financial assistance. You can hardly resist because that is who you are.

You are coming into your own and have an appetite for the finer things in life. You are reaching for the stars now and you know that abundance is about to pour forth into your hands in a way that it never has before. As with all the Kings, the cards are a sign of maturity and accomplishment, stability and honor.... You are enjoying the fruits of your labor, way to go!
