A soft, spring rain has adorned all of the dwarf iris blooming in my gardens. This week's warmer days brought forth a bounty of blossoms on one of my favorites.
Dwarf Iris
This Iris is a soft, baby blue with lavender-blue beards. I get so excited when I start to see her sending up buds knowing her display will be stupendous.
This cluster sits right next to my favorite peony which as you can see is also getting ready to open once the ants get to work.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing one of my garden beauties today. May you have a wonderful weekend ahead.
Until next time, this is Sunscape
