It is partly cloudy and cold with the cold front that is moving our way. It may even bring some more snow flurries, oh my! I decided to grab the camera and take a walk-about to see what was happening outside. Here are some of the pictures from my yard.
Species Tulips to cloudy to even open up today.
The little Jonquils are dancing happily in the soft breeze.
My favorite Iberis is almost done blooming already, so sad.
The blossoms are beginning to fall off some of the Hyacinth plants.
I just adore this Checker Lily that grows next to the pond. If you look closely to the upper left, right above the flower, you can see a blurred image of the following photo. ;-)
Yes, it is that time of year once again and the little pond will be full of eggs.
Of course, mama squirrel is sitting next to the step waiting for me to come and give her some peanuts. She is presently nursing babies. She comes daily for her portion of goodies.
Then, we have Chip who also comes up on the porch asking for seeds. He takes them all the way to his den at the back of our property. We keep him fit by giving him a lot every day as he has to make many trips back and forth.
At night the seedlings that are in the cold frame are protected with a plastic cover to keep off the chilly night air and also the constant rains as of late.
Lastly, here is my Tucker sitting in the garden enjoying the day. Have a great day ahead everyone and thanks for joining me on my #wednesdaywalk during this lockdown.
#wednesdaywalk initiated by @tattoodjay encourages everyone to get out and about while sharing what they see. Enjoy the challenge!
